Yuan Ling, female, of Manchu nationality, born in August 1973, holds a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in science. She is a member of the Communist Party of China. She currently serves as Vice Mayor of the Huludao Municipal Government and a member of the leading Party group of the municipal government.
