Introduction

Zhou Jiakai, male, of Han nationality, born in May 1977, holds a postgraduate degree and a doctor's degree in law. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as Secretary-General of the Huludao Municipal People's Government, Secretary of the Party leadership group of the office, and Director of the Office.

Work Responsibilities

Concurrently serves as the Director of the Municipal Government Office, assists the Mayor in coordinating the work of the Vice Mayors. Completes temporary tasks assigned by the Mayor.
